Problems with Uploading:

Are you sure that it is an image file?

These file extensions can be upper or lower case. If you have a different file extension then above please contact Photo FX Plus for help. You will need to include the file extension of your picture with your email.

Is your file size to large?

The maximum file size for uploads is 50 MB. If you are trying to upload more than one photograph than try uploading one at a time. You will be asked after the upload if you wish to upload another picture. If you are not trying to upload more than one photo and your file size does not exceed 50 MB than you may need to wait until there is less traffic on your connection. The up loader also accepts .zip files so you can compress your photo before submitting. As a last option you can resize the photograph dimensions, please do not change the resolution to less than 300ppi if at all possible.

If all of the above still does not resolve your uploading problem please contact Photo FX Plus and request an FTP link which will allow you to upload your files via FTP.
